Every bust size has a different need. Here are some keys notice and self solutions which will help you when buying a bra.
It is important to wear a correctly fitted bra. An incorrectly fitted bra or a bra that is not designed for nursing can become uncomfortable, cause irritation and certain cases, medical complications.
Your first maternity bra should be fitted and worn from the 4th month of pregnancy.

Wearing Flexible under wired bra is fine for each size. It is only provides good shape but also helps provide lift and support, not stopped milk restriction.
